Eric is this guy who currently lives in Indianapolis and works with elementary school students. He hails from Chicago and is a graduate of Chicago State University. He gets into trouble for asking too many of the right questions, telling the truth when everyone else wants to ignore it, and acting natural in public.

When he was a kid he picked up worms off the sidewalk after it rained and threw them back into the grass. He gave a homeless woman the quarter she asked for and got cussed out for it. He's a survivor of a terrible car accident. He's been homeless, in trouble with the IRS, fired, had his car stolen, been divorced, had his wages garnished, had his life savings snatched away, knows who was responsible for 9/11, knows who the real terrorists are, has planted a couple of trees, recycled a few pieces of paper, drinks tap water, reads the Bible, says good morning to everyone, loves working with children, loves animals, stays up late and gets up early, spends a lot of time on his computer, is procrastinating with a couple of books of poetry, and loves to talk about religion, spirituality, politics, policy, social issues and government.
