I have lived all over the world from a Spanish colonial guesthouse in Cartegna Colombia,,Alphabet City N.Y.C. (when people were afraid to visit) . in Corfu in the writer Lawrence Durell's childhood villa and in Tel-Aviv with an Irish Catholic basketball player.All of this of course fed my development as writer and performing artist. My time in Israel introduced me to children specifically poor children in Jerusalem . Backs turned towards me 1st I marveled at the hoops and sticks that were their toys and then when they turned towards me the cigarettes hanging from their ancient faces. I could go on with travels and strange and wonderful experience but the end point is how it opened me up as an artist and empathetic being. I feel blessed and appreciative and would like to contribute as writer.visual.or performing artist to organizations, or publications, in addition to any short term zany project that might appear especially re: children's rights.
