I am putting together a class to be hopefully taught at the school where I studied Somatic Studies and Massage. In the process of doing this, I realize how to the evolved person it is nearly impossible to create something to appear in the outer world that is incongruent with the inner matrix. It is obvious, when the mind slows down, that true change begins through honest assessment and bold reintegration. I see that some of us on this site have experienced something out of the ordinary in terms of self-exploration. I believe that Rehos.com is like the ghosts in the room that give you the chills because you know that you are being watched. These “ghosts” are nothing more than the deep unresolved aspects of ourselves so desperately asking to be seen. Once seen, the problems of our world shrink so drastically. I write about this here because I feel such a huge amount of unresolved personal and cultural trauma even as I search through this site. Some people come on here and are inclined to use up space, others are opening space. Some come to glorify their marketing position others come wondering in a deep way if they even belong in the market. I personally am still in the contemplation phase. I hope to inspire others to go SLOW. I know that this writing may seem small or stale- but it is only because I am biting my tongue. It’s time to evolve everyone.

What do you mean when you say that you wish change to go ‘slow’? Do you mean a considered, inclusive approach to change rather than the effects of a destructive ‘revolution’? If this is the case, I agree with you. However, I firmly believe that when change happens it happens over night (metophorically speaking), both in the individual and societally. Of course, the period before change can take an extremely long time while thoughts, ideas and dreams are still incubating and developing and conflicts and problems are being fully identified and assessed. I guess, as you say, it starts with awareness and dialogue. |

I think that I have to agree with your advice to go slow. While the apparent change does happen over night, the foundation for that change was laid over time. In my opinion, things that burn too brightly too quick, burn out. Take time to breathe. Life is huge. |
