For a revolutionary perspective on Jesus and Christianity, you should read Shane Claiborne’s book The Irresistible Revolution. It’s all about how far modern Christianity has gone from Jesus’ teachings, and how true Christians need to care for the poor and improve the value of community in America. I’m not Christian, but Claiborne’s message of anarchist love through Christ is really inspiring and just plain cool.

Wow, I am going to go outside now and take a walk. Smiling the whole time. I find myself somehow in the middle of how you and Elias think and present yourselves. But this fucking guy! A true statement of maturity. Two thumbs up! Seeing this posting inspires me to feel a little more deeply into what I was trying to express in my last post.
Is there room in the world for obvious bullshit such as “organized religion”, or outward expressions of “nonviolence”, or…......... the list goes on. It is inspiring to be touched by anyone who is so sure of themselves. Fuck all…... it only takes a little while to quiet your mind and come into your body. How many other people believe that soon enough the bullshit will fall away?
