This is last post for this series of articles on silviculture.
In the last article, I concentrated on trends in silviulture in
Canada. It was discovered that there was a big lag in silviculture in provinces.
This article I will concetrate on finding the reasons for the decline of silviculture in Canada based on the data at hand.
If you look at all the data from the site, you will see it has a similar layout.
Thus I will only analyze one province to get the overall picture for the country.
The province that will be analysed is B.C B.C is a good choice becuase it has had a long history of silviculture in Canada
I did a scatter plot of total revenue vs stumpage. The results weren't to surprising. Correlating between these two categories showed up. If you look to th e graph ,you can see most of the points line up. This indicates correlation .
I can state without to much hestitation that stumpage fees in all provinces could have a slowing down on silviculture revenue in Canada
