I'm a Chicago based community activist, political junkie, writer, and part-time web designer. I've been involved in local politics, especially to increase access to affordable health care. I have a personal blog with a very political edge (http://in-the-stream.blogspot.com), and contribute to another web log that's dedicated to building public awareness about climate change (http://climateofourfuture.org). I believe that we're on the brink of major political and social changes made possible by the advances in technology. Joining together to build a movement for the changes we'd like to see, and educating each other along the way will be an important part of that process. I'm hoping Rethos.com will be a building block.
