PLEASE HELP TO RID QUEBEC OF HORRIFIC PUPPY MILLS

Quebec is known as the ''puppy mill capital of North America''. What is
a puppy mill? Plainly put, it is canine hell: see
www.hua.org/movie.html for a good explanation. While laws exist in
Quebec to protect dogs from these horrific conditions - they are not
being enforced. Please help us force the Minister of Agriculture to
enforce these laws. For more information and to donate to this
important cause please visit www.tejasanimalrefuge.ca. Please
cross-post far and wide.
